On average, we work on over 150 individual projects each year – focused on delivering practical community-led regeneration projects in disadvantaged communities. We measure our impact in various ways – for example area of land improved – but most importantly on how we change people’s lives.
In addition to the ongoing independent assessments of our key programmes and project performance measures, we have also introduced our own internal evaluation methods for assessing both customer and staff satisfaction levels, measuring the impact of our projects and responding to comments and suggested improvements for our work.
Satisfaction levels among our customers averaged an impressive 95% across all of our projects assessed during 2008-2009.
